Diana Foltz believes leadership begins by understanding those individual goals before creating a plan to help agents achieve them.

As Designated Managing Broker, Diana combines experience in education, marketing, coaching, and real estate leadership to provide personalized mentorship that adapts to each agent's learning style and business goals. She believes no two careers should look exactly alike, and every coaching conversation starts with one question:

"What does success look like for you?"

From there, Diana helps agents create practical business plans, develop consistent habits, leverage technology, strengthen their marketing, and build businesses that support the life they want to live.

Her leadership style is built on empathy, accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. She believes great offices are created when talented professionals share ideas, coach one another, and continually strive to improve together.

Beyond the office, Diana remains active within organized real estate, including leadership within Illinois REALTORS®, and has been recognized as REALTOR® of the Year by her local association.
